Gescènic is a program that wants to promote the culture of management in performing arts.
Gescènic wants to promote studies, debates, publications and training actions related to scenic management. He also wants to offer consultancy services to organizations and institutions that work in the performing arts sector. The program has been created by four companies that have been working for a long time in the production of shows, distribution, communication, programming and management of scenic venues, acting in different territorial communities and share the conviction that the sector of the Performing arts needs to incorporate professional management procedures and instruments that optimize their resources.

Carrying out research studies and actions on different aspects of scenic management with the collaboration of Universities.
Documentary collection
Creation and management of a documentary collection of plans, projects and experiences of scenic management to facilitate the elaboration of new proposals and the collective reflection on models and experiences.
Editorial line
Creation of a proper editorial line consisting of a collection of short monographs with the name Quaderns Gescènic to make available to the sector reflections, models, strategies, experiences and techniques that allow it to improve management.
Activities of diffusion of the culture of scenic management
Preparation and production of a program of activities for the dissemination of business culture in scenic management consisting of debates, conferences and roundtables. Participation in symposiums and discussion forums in the sector to present experiences and models.
Promotion of training initiatives for scenic managers
Promotion of training in scenic management with the preparation of a proposal of training modules in scenic management that can be validated as university credits.
